are several things you can do to save some money on your homeowner’s insurance policy. The most
important is to try and keep claims to a minimum, not saying do not file
a claim, but do the math. If you have a theft and you figure $600 in
property was stolen and you have a $500 deductable, is it in your best
interest to file a claim? Probably not, you will receive $100 from the
insurance company and in some instances loose a claims free discount you
may have. Or even worse, some insurers may cancel your policy for
filing a claim.

a suspicious-looking SMS message, also known as a text message. If you
receive a text message containing a single odd character, such as a
small box, turn your phone off immediately. This message is the only
indicator that someone has just exploited your iPhone through text
messaging and can take advantage of several features, possibly including
the camera, text messaging feature and address book.
