About Adam & Associates Insurance Agency

Clint Adam was born and raised in the small Gulf Coast town of Bay Saint Louis, MS. After opening Adam & Associates Insurance in 2000 we quickly developed a reputable name in the area for prompt service and great rates. Once hurricane Katrina hit the coast in 2005 it left me without an office so I relocated to Chattanooga, TN. Insurance has been my passion for many years, "helping a customer save money, while fulfilling their insurance needs is the best"

Personally I enjoy working out, riding my motorcycle, & spending time with my family.

Rusty Adam was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in a small town called Bay Saint Louis, about 50 or so miles from New Orleans, Louisiana. He got his start in insurance in the year 2000 as a life and health agent. He and his family have lived in Chattanooga since October 2005 and he has been with Adam and Associates Agency since June 15, 2007.

When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing guitar, watching sports and working in his yard.

Bill Lehmkuhl was born and raised in Philadelphia Pa. After a successful career in the United States Air Force of almost 21 years, I worked as an administrative assistant at UNLV in Las Vegas and University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. I entered the insurance industry in 2007. In August 2008 I joined the Adam & Associates family in Chattanooga Tenn. where we are one of the top producing offices in our region.

On a personal note, I am an avid sports fan, love music, travelling to exotic places and am active in my church. Currently I am looking to buy my "first home" here in the scenic city of Chattanooga.

Shelley Rawn was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She went to the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2004 for her undergraduate and graduated in December 2008 with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry. She plans to attend graduate school in the spring for a career in Occupational Therapy. She started working at Adam and Associates in February 2009 as a receptionist.

Shelley enjoys working out/running and she just accomplished her first half-marathon in Nashville at the Music City marathon/half-marathon. She also enjoys being out on the lake and spending time with her friends and family.

Andy Kemp is from LaFayette, Georgia and honorably retired from the U.S. Air Force where he was an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist for 16 years. He was fortunate to have loaded various munitions and maintain weapon systems on several fighter aircraft to include F-15, F-16, F-111, and the A-10 of Dessert Shield/Storm. Andy’s last 5 years in the military were spent as a Logistics Planner. He and his family returned to LaFayette in 2001 and reentered the insurance industry. Andy joined Adam & Associates Insurance Agency June 12, 2009, and looks forward as to how he may assist you with your insurance needs and coverage while contributing to this successful agency.

Andy is active in his church and enjoys quality family time, good food and physical fitness; cardio, strength training and martial arts.
